Return Conditions and Rules
You can return the products you have purchased within 30 days from the invoice date. The original box and packaging of the product you are returning must be intact. Products without packaging or damaged are definitely not returned. You must send the delivery note and warranty certificate together with the product you want to return. If the product you want to return is defective, the shipping fee is covered by us. In other cases, the shipping fee belongs to the customer. It is not possible to return products that cannot be returned due to their nature (e.g. products that require direct contact with the body during use, earrings, headphones, underwear, bikinis), single-use products. In order for products such as DVDs, VCDs, CDs, cassettes, portable computers, mobile phones, consumables (toner, cartridges, etc.), cosmetics to be returned, the packaging and/or protective tape must definitely not be opened. If the product is invoiced in the name of the company, a return invoice must be issued for the product by the relevant company.

Delivery Terms
Your products are supplied when your order is approved according to stock status and then shipped. In order for your order to be approved, the price of the products you have purchased must be paid by credit card or money order. Approved orders will be delivered to the cargo within 1-3 business days.
Documents to be Presented During Delivery
According to the new rule to be applied in the acceptance of shipments based on the Procedures and Principles for Security Measures Regarding Postal Shipments approved by the Information Technologies and Communications Board's decision dated 27/12/2016 and numbered 2016/DK-YED/517, you must show your driver's license, identity card or passport when receiving your products from the cargo officer or store personnel.
